Our World Cup competition was enjoyed so much on the World Cup year that it has now become somewhat of an annual event. The Friary World Cup gives an opportunity for pupils not only to play alongside their class mates but also those in other classes. Our 6th classes constructed World Cups using Pringles cartons and Papier Mache for presenting on the final day. Well done to everyone who took part including players, referees and organisers – especially Ruairí and Corry. Check out our photos below:
